Hammond and Associates Realty, Inc. was established in Tampa, Florida in 1987 by Tonya Bradley Hammond at its current location, 7211 N.Dale Mabry Highway, Suite 212. Dale Mabry Highway is easily accessible as it is the most major north/south artery in Tampa.

Our mission at Hammond and Associates is to provide the most efficient and effective real estate services available. The office is proficient in residential real estate sales; is knowledgeable of the local market; and has the resources to enhance the exposure of property to the marketplace.

Tonya Hammond personally manages the office and participates in each real estate transaction. Her teamwork approach has proven effective, as she consistently utilizes the skills she has mastered through years of experience as Community Relations Coordinator at the Tampa Police Department.

She is well acquainted with investment trends, negotiation techniques and overcoming challenges encountered by first-time home buyers. A 1976 graduate of Hampton University, she is a member of the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority. She is a Regional Vice President in the National Hampton Alumni Association and serves on the boards of the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA and the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly (Conference Center) in Black Mountain, North Carolina. She has been married for over thirty years to the same spouse and is also an active member of the Bible Based Fellowship Church.
